Dean Dorton is expanding its presence in Raleigh by merging with Penny Longobardo & Company, P.A. (Penny Longobardo) a long-standing CPA and Advisory firm also located in Raleigh, NC. The merger is effective today, October 1 and the combined firm will operate as Dean Dorton.
Dean Dorton is the 111th largest accounting firm in the United States based on Inside Public Accounting’s latest survey and has 281 employees across three offices – Raleigh, NC, Lexington, KY, and Louisville, KY. Additionally, Dean Dorton has been named to Accounting Today’s Top Firms: Southeast and Beyond the Top 100 Firms to Watch list for nine consecutive years.
