Following its commitment to bring the best healthcare industry expertise to its service offerings, Dean Dorton Allen Ford, PLLC (Dean Dorton) is proud to announce the addition of Eric Riley to the firm’s healthcare consulting team. Eric joins Dean Dorton as a Healthcare Consulting Director, bringing more than 36 years of public and private experience in the healthcare industry, most recently as the Chief Administrative Officer of Lexington Clinic.

Eric has held several senior management positions in areas of clinical operations, revenue cycle design, electronic health record implementation, ancillary services development, practice valuation and acquisition and payer/population health strategy implementation. Additionally, Eric’s experience included comprehensive background related to certificate of need, strategic planning, provider and facility contracting, bundled payment contracting, Direct To Employer contracting and multi-specialty group practice development.

Eric understands the scrutiny placed on healthcare financial information and the value that every dollar has for healthcare organizations, doctors, and their patients. His expertise will help clients improve their payer contract negotiations, contract management, and payment models, potentially saving them thousands of dollars annually.
