This week Sage announced their acquisition of Intacct, Massey Consulting’s cloud-based ERP solution of choice, which will now be known as Sage Intacct. While the acquisition will not be finalized for another two weeks. We wanted to share what we know about any potential changes going forward with Intacct.

The entire executive team at Intacct is committed to continuing developing the Intacct software and the partner channel.
What does this mean for you as a customer?  Very little will change.

Massey Consulting and Intacct will continue to operate exactly as they were before the acquisition.  Intacct will continue to be the leader in cloud-based accounting software as well as offering a high-quality marketplace with seamless integrations to that allow each company to create the perfect solution for them.

Sage Intacct will operate as a separate entity, and the Intacct management team along with all employees will remain and continue as your primary point of contact.
