Kaydee joins Dean Dorton as a Manager, significantly growing the firm’s expertise within the nonprofit industry.
Kaydee has more than 25 years of accounting, finance, and administration experience within the nonprofit sector, most recently serving as an outsourced CFO and general advisor for small and mid-sized organizations. Her prior experience includes senior leadership positions within various nonprofits focused on faith-based education, basic needs programs, and the performing arts. Kaydee is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science degree in administrative science with an emphasis on quality management and system design. She understands the scrutiny placed on nonprofit financial information and the importance of attracting and freeing resources to serve a mission.
Kaydee has a tremendous passion for partnering with nonprofits to help them work towards their mission. She has experience working within nonprofit organizations of all sizes, both as an organizational leader and as an advisor. Kaydee brings both operational and organizational insight as well as vast accounting experience to our nonprofit team.
