Professional Experience

With a distinguished career in the financial sector spanning nearly two decades, Nick Wunderlich has consistently demonstrated expertise and leadership in various roles.

Before joining Dean Dorton, Nick served as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase where he was instrumental in providing direct oversight of $1.3 billion in capital commitments to clients across a variety of industries. Before this role, Nick spent 12 years in the Mergers and Acquisitions advisory practice at Wells Fargo Securities, spanning locations in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Saint Louis, Missouri, from 2004 to 2016. In this capacity, Nick provided strategic advice to senior management of both publicly traded and privately- held companies on matters of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and strategic alternatives.
