Professional Experience

Since starting at Dean Dorton in 2009, Megan has provided audit accounting and various services for clients in multiple industries across the state of Kentucky, but her passion is higher education.

Megan leads the firm’s higher education industry team, which is recognized as one of the region’s leading experts in higher education consulting and compliance. She provides a wide range of services to colleges and universities, including, managing financial statement audits, single audits, internal audits, and consulting engagements, and also has expertise working in student financial aid. Her experience includes both public and private institutions and affiliated entities.
