Maddie Schueler, JD, LLM

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Dean Dorton, Maddie practiced tax law at a large regional law firm. After four years in the legal field, she obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. While there, Maddie served as a fellow for the Council On State Taxation (COST) and completed an externship with the Tax Division of the Department of Justice.

Maddie has authored numerous publications in the field of tax law and has spoken at several seminars, including two American Bar Association Section of Taxation Meetings and a COST Midwest Regional State Tax Seminar. She is a former Co-Regional Editor of the American Bar Association Property Tax Deskbook.
