Professional Experience

Joe has more than 27 years of experience working in both public and private accounting, providing tax and consulting services. Joe has spent his career in the Louisville and Raleigh markets, specializing in helping clients implement the best financial practices used by leaders in manufacturing and niche construction.

Joe has experience serving a wide range of manufacturing companies, including tier one and tier two automotive suppliers. He has also worked for companies specializing in injection-molding, forging, plastics, printing, transportation, construction, engineering, and real estate development. Before working at Dean Dorton, he worked two years as controller for a $200 million division of a multinational engineering company.
