Jay has more than 15 years of experience working in the public sector and nonprofit entities engaged in acute healthcare and public health.

In his previous role, Jay served as an audit manager for Crowe Healthcare Risk Consulting, performing internal auditing services for national nonprofit healthcare entities. He has performed numerous projects related to compliance with healthcare regulations, adoption of clinical operations quality and safety evidence-based practices, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting for healthcare entities, including hospitals, home health agencies, physician practices, and hospices.
