Greta brings over 30 years of experience delivering comprehensive tax services to publicly traded and privately held companies, as well as high-net-worth individuals. She began her career in Minnesota, advanced her expertise at Ernst & Young in Nashville, and ultimately established her practice in Louisville. Throughout her career in public accounting, Greta has specialized in tax planning, compliance, and consulting.

Greta has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including life sciences, financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, and real estate. She has deep expertise in multi-state taxation for both large and small pass-through entities and C corporations.

Her experience includes representing clients in Federal and State audit examinations, providing strategic tax planning, and offering transaction consulting for mergers and acquisitions. Greta also advises on tax credits, intellectual property matters, and other complex business and individual tax issues.
