Amelia Sebastian, CPA

Professional Experience

Amelia has over 15 years of public accounting experience, providing tax compliance and accounting services to a broad range of clients in various industries, including healthcare, nonprofit, real estate, and tax planning for individuals and their businesses. She has experience with a client based including S corporations, partnerships, tax exempt organizations, and high net worth individuals.

Amelia also has vast experience with various types of nonprofits, from initial organization of the entity to compliance and consulting.

Amelia is a member of Dean Dorton’s nonprofit, healthcare, real estate, and higher education industry teams, as well as the firm’s wealth and estate planning team. She has extensive experience in preparing IRS Form 990 and providing tax consulting and other services to nonprofit organizations. She also focuses on family owned businesses and high net worth individuals. She prepares or reviews most of the Form 990 returns completed in our Louisville office.
