Adam Davey, CPA

Professional Experience

Adam’s professional career began as a Dean Dorton (formerly VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm) co-op nearly 27 years ago. He now serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. Adam’s successes as an accountant stem directly from his partnerships in the community as a trusted advisor. It is one thing to become an expert in a given field, but to find a passion that fuels a career is a true measure of success. Adam perceives success as the ability to create and grow mutually beneficial, longstanding relationships.

Adam has participated in several leadership programs, including Leadership Northern Kentucky through the NKY Chamber, and was previously named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty under 40.”

Industry Expertise

As an auditor by trade, Adam oversees a range of audit and attestation services, specializing in the nonprofit, governmental, financial institutions, and manufacturing and distribution industries. He previously served as the firm’s Director of Assurance Services, and currently sits on the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
