Emily is a seasoned tax professional with over 20 years of client experience. Emily has extensive experience in estate, gift, and trust tax compliance and consulting. She primarily works with multi-generational high-net-worth families to manage their tax compliance and estate planning needs. Emily is a leader within her community and her profession. She uses her skills and knowledge to teach internal and external courses in estate, gift, and trust taxation and serve on boards for local organizations. She is an advocate for Dean Dorton and promotes the firm’s presence within the region, as well as enhancing the firm with her technical expertise.
