Continuing Professional Education Credits
CPE Credit: Participants are eligible to receive up to 2.5 CPE credits.
Participants will:
- Identify and analyze the new Accounting Standards UpdatesÂ
- Discuss upcoming governmental Accounting Standards that will be effective in the coming yearsÂ
- Gain an understanding of tax considerations and implications recently passed by congress at the federal and state levelÂ
Fields of study:
- Accounting – Technical (1 CPE Credit Hour) OR Accounting – Governmental (1 CPE Credit Hour)
- Taxes (1.5 CPE Credit Hour)Â
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of accounting and tax issues and an interest in keeping current in this area; Bachelor’s or Associate’s DegreeÂ
Who Should Attend: Corporate executives (including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and CTOs) or other equivalent roles, anyone in the finance, accounting, and internal audit departments. Others are welcome to attend.
