Dean Dorton’s IGNITE Leadership Conference is for students from colleges and universities who want to learn more about career opportunities in various fields of finance, gain an understanding of working at a business advisory professional service firm, and hone in on your leadership skills through development and networking activities all while having fun in one of our local offices and communities.

Eligibility
- Current college-level students, ideally sophomore or junior year
- Interest in a career in: Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Analytics, and/or Economics
Dates & Location
- The conference is held twice, in two of our market locations. Students can apply to one of the following:
- Raleigh, NC: Friday, June 5
- Ft. Wright, KY: Friday, June 26
- The conference includes a half day of programming, a networking lunch, and an optional afternoon social activity.
Travel & Accommodations
Students are responsible for their own travel and can only apply to one location/conference. There is no cost to attend the conference itself. Travel assistance is available on an as needed basis.
