There is complementary parking onsite for the event in the parking garage located next to the venue.

Refreshments, breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
Materials
We will email presentation materials to you prior to the event date. We will not be providing hard copies of the presentations so feel free to print a copy for yourself or bring your fully charged electronic device to follow along during the event. Wi-Fi login information will be available once you arrive at the venue.

There is no need to download a separate virtual platform for this event. A direct link to join the event will be emailed to you closer to the event date, directly from Julia Ray. You will use this link to access the presentations, participate in live polling, and ask questions throughout the day.
Important note regarding CPE credit for those attending virtually:
CPE credit will only be given for the time you spend live online during the scheduled sessions and your participation in all polling questions. Our livestream system includes a live tracking mechanism allowing us to see this in detail. Time spent watching recorded playbacks of any presentations or not paying attention during the sessions are not eligible for CPE credit.
Further instructions regarding participation requirements for CPE credit will be detailed in materials. All materials for the event will be emailed prior to the event date.
