Ross joined Dean Dorton after beginning his career at a Big Four firm. He advises closely held and middle-market businesses and their owners on complex federal, state, and international tax matters. His experience includes serving multinational businesses, particularly within the manufacturing and distribution industry, and assisting clients with business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate and partnership reorganizations, cross-border structuring and reporting, and IRS examinations.

Ross is known for delivering technically rigorous, carefully considered work and translating complex tax rules into clear, practical recommendations. He approaches each engagement as both a technical advisor and a business partner, taking the time to understand each client’s operations, objectives, and unique tax circumstances.
