Erica spent the first eight years of her professional career with a CPA firm in Port Huron, Michigan providing audit services to governmental and nonprofit clients. After moving to Kentucky in 2010, she began working at a community bank, spending five of her eight years there as the Chief Financial Officer. She also spent time as the Director of Finance and Human Resources for a PreK-12 private school. Erica recently decided to return to public accounting and joined Dean Dorton’s assurance team at the end of 2021.
