Our interns are not coffee runners. Our interns gain real-world experience.
Do you want to gain real experience in building a career? If so, Dean Dorton has Tax Internship opportunities available in both our Lexington and Louisville offices for Spring 2021.
As a tax intern at Dean Dorton, you are treated like a first-year staff accountant. At the surface, you will:
Prepare individual and business tax returns
Participate in tax, accounting, and software training
Partner with tax professionals to support our clients—including Tax Directors and Partners
Develop interpersonal and time management skills
Dean Dorton’s tax internship is a full-time program from January 4, 2021 through April 15, 2021. During this time, you’ll work alongside tax professionals, learning and experiencing life in public accounting, ranging from 40-60 hours per week (including some Saturdays), giving you the real tax experience you’re looking for.
