Resumé

Adam has 16 years of experience providing healthcare consulting services to multiple healthcare providers and entities, including community-based hospitals, specialty surgery hospitals, multi-hospital systems, multi-specialty physician clinics, and managed care payers. In addition to leading Dean Dorton’s healthcare consulting services group, Adam performs revenue cycle operational assessments and process improvement engagements. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Adam spent time in Ernst & Young’s health sciences advisory services group, a community hospital in Southern Indiana, and Progressive Healthcare, a boutique consulting firm located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Adam’s overall experience is tailored towards strategically managing accounts receivable and improving overall cash performance for healthcare organizations. Past consulting services engagements have included interim leadership roles, A/R management, revenue cycle redesign, denials and staffing analysis, and cash acceleration engagements.
